Back to the Well . . .
I decided to raid my mom's pantry and see what other treats I could make from its contents. Another trip to Mollie Katzen's site led me to this recipe for Wild Rice Quinoa Muffins. For the fruit I used half Turkish Apricots and half raisins. Once baked, I couldn't detect the quinoa at all. They kind of taste like rice pudding muffins.
