Maple Hamantaschen

Saul & Aliza made hamantaschen with the Sweet Tart Dough from the Tartine cookbook. Parfait. Some had apricot butter, others had this whipped maple syrup spread that you can buy in a jar at Fairway. A freylekhn purim!
